Egg Finds by thehatchedegg.com

Sites, News, Tools & Ideas for Anxiety Freedom

  • Who is The Hatched Egg?

For over five years I suffered from debilitating anxiety. After leaving the doctors office after my first panic attack with a prescription in hand and a pat on the back, I decided I would not let the Anxiety define my life. I was determined to find a way to end the fear and panic.

I have a trunk full of stories that I quietly kept inside. Today I am FREE! I found the tools to help me live peacefully. Now I am paying it forward by helping others who are in the same place I was. I want to be that shoulder that I so desperately needed in the middle of the night, when no one was there to listen. I am anxiety and depression free & I want to share with you how I did it.
I want to take this journey with you laughter, tears and all.

Join us to find the support you need. Visit our main site today to see what is helping thousands of others find peace too!

Cool Tool!

Posted by thehatchedegg on April 20, 2010

What a great idea to keep those simple words in front of us all the time.  Our friends over at thinkempowered.com have developed great products to help us do just that.

This Gratitude Mug is my new favorite.  Every morning as I sip my coffee or every night as I enjoy tea I am able to relax and think about all that I am grateful in my life.

Another great tool they have are mirror clings with motivational words focus, brave, gratitude, breathe, awake, imagine.  Place one on your mirror or anything that is glass to keep you moving in the right direction.

To help our Peeps www.thinkempoword.com is giving us 10% off every order!!
